April Community Meeting
The Home Park Community Improvement Association meetings are open to all. The meetings start at 7 PM and the venue rotates from meeting to meeting.

February 13th Community Meeting
This meeting will start at 6:30 PM at the R. Kirk Landon Learning Center. We will cover a variety of topics including updates from the Board and hear any community concerns.
We’ll be kicking off our community meeting next Tuesday evening with a Public Safety brief by APD’s Zone 5 Commander, Major Schierbaum; and GTPD’s Chief of Police, Chief Connolly. We will also have our Community Prosecutor, Niaa Daniels attending.
APD and GTPD will provide an update to the neighborhood regarding the robberies that have been going on, what actions are being taken, and any other pertinent information. After that, the floor will be open for all of you to ask questions. Please plan on attending this important community meeting. Also, please pass this info to any neighbors who may not get our communications.
LOCATION: Because we believe we’ll have a higher attendance than usual, this meeting will be held at City of Atlanta Fire Station 11 at 16th and Fowler Streets. There is on street parking along Fowler and 16th.
Additionally, Community updates will be provided from our Board Chairs and a Presentation will be given on newly launched bike share program LimeBike in Atlanta. The Home Park Community Improvement Association meetings are open to all.

February 20th Land Use Meeting
Hello Neighbors,
There is one agenda item for the Land Use Committee to consider, and a courtesy presentation about the Center Street Gas Station.
The agenda item is SD-18-03. The applicant, Garrett Coley and owner Ahmad Bajwa are asking for support in subdividing one lot into two conforming lots at 1074 Atlantic Drive.
For the Gas Station and adjoining property, Alex Panjwani the owner will be there to answer any questions. He has offered to come speak. There are no votes scheduled on this, as it is a courtesy.
The meeting will take place at 380 14th Street NW, at Relapse Theatre. There is free parking in the rear of the property accessed via Mecaslin Street. Enter through the glass doors. The meeting will begin at 5:30 PM

December 12th, 2017 – HPCIA Community Meeting Recap
Summary
This meeting was our Annual Board Election meeting. We had great attendance and would like to thank the Management at The Canteen at Georgia Tech for helping us host our event. An additional Thank You to our representatives from Atlanta Police Department Zone 5 and the Atlanta Citizens Review Board for coming out and speaking at our event. Lastly, an apology, for not having pictures taken during the event to post here.
Reminder, HPCIA Community Meetings happen six times a year. The 2018 meetings will take place in February, April, June, August, October, and December on the second Tuesday of each month.
