HPCIA October Land Use Meeting

The HPCIA Land Use committee will meet to discuss and vote on legislation sponsored by Councilman Byron Amos that would limit short term rental licenses in Home Park to only primary residences meeting the homestead definition. Home Park Public Safety Community Meeting

HPCIA will host an in-person community meeting focused on Public Safety. It will include a brief HPCIA update followed by a public safety discussion and Q&A with APD Zone 5 Commander, Major Brian Schiffbauer and GTPD Chief Robert Connolly. This meeting is open only to Home Park residents and businesses that operate in Home Park due to limited space. Limited visitor parking is available behind the department along Hemphill.

Special Home Park Meeting (HPCIA & Georgia Tech Collaboration)

This is the first of several meetings where HPCIA partners with the Georgia Tech School of City & Regional Planning. The meeting will introduce the collaboration and collect feedback on neighborhood issues and master plan implementation opportunities. Topics may include housing, development options, urban design, and master plan analysis. Open to HPCIA members, residents, property owners, and businesses. Advance registration is required. Home Park Neighborhood Cleanup

A neighborhood cleanup event kicking off with coffee, donuts, and a quick neighborhood update from the HPCIA board. Councilman Byron Amos will be a special guest. RSVP is requested to help ensure enough bags, gloves, coffee, and donuts are available.
