Home Park Land Use meetings are open to those residents or businesses that are seeking variances to building permits or want to share their ideas or plans for land use in Home Park. Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting, however only active members of HPCIA are eligible to vote on proposed projects.

The HPCIA LUC has two agenda items regarding alcohol license applications for Toast on Lenox (349 14th Street NW) and Spice House (375 14th St. NW). Anyone can participate, but only members can vote. This is the final period for residents to provide public input to the City of Atlanta regarding its proposed Zoning and Comprehensive Development Plan changes. Details on how to submit input will be shared at the HPCIA Community Meeting on July 1st.
Residents have until mid-July to provide their input on the City of Atlanta's proposed Zoning and Land Use/Comprehensive Development Plan changes. This is the final opportunity for public comment before ordinances are finalized. Input can be submitted online or at one of the city's remaining workshops.
This is the final opportunity to provide public input on the City of Atlanta's proposed Zoning 2.0 and Plan A, which will bring significant changes to zoning and land use designations across all city neighborhoods, including Home Park. Options for input will be ending in mid-July.
