March 2022 – Land Use Committee Meeting

This meeting has one agenda item for 1261 Holly Street. The applicant seeks two variances for a single-family home to add a new gable and small porch underneath, and to increase the size of the driveway in the back. Variances needed include reducing the front yard setback from 30′ to 10′ 11″ and increasing total lot coverage from 55% to 65%.
