HPCIA Community Meeting on New Zoning and Land Use Designations

The Home Park Community Improvement Association (HPCIA) will host a critical meeting to update residents on potentially sweeping Zoning and Land Use/Comprehensive Development Plan changes contemplated by the City of Atlanta. Discussions will cover the replacement zoning for Home Park’s R-5 designation, changes to the 14th Street corridor’s land use, and methods for providing public input online or at city workshops. Food and refreshments will be provided.
