HPCIA December 2024 Land Use Committee Meeting

This month’s Land Use meeting will address two agenda items for a vote: V-24-213 and V-24-214 regarding 1204 Barnes St. NW. The applicants are seeking special exceptions to reduce the front-facing garage setback to 0 feet, reduce off-street parking from 4 to 3 spaces for a two-family dwelling, and increase the paved front yard area to 51.6%.
