The owner\, Kai Chu\, would like to meet with the neighborhood to explain what he is doing with the property\, answer any questions and is open to comments before they move further on this.   It is highly recommended that you go look at the property to see what is going on before you get on the LUC call on the 15th so you have a better perspective of the status of the project. \nThere will be no vote on this as it is an appeal.
