DESCRIPTION:We have two items on the agenda for Land Use which will be held via Zoom at 7 pm (link below). \n307 14th Street- V-26-152 Variance Application \nThe owner of this commercial property is looking to reduce the required rear transitional yard setback from 20 feet to 5 feet. Per city of Atlanta zoning code\, commercial properties that abut to a residential property must have a 20 foot transitional yard between properties to mitigate the commercial effect on the residential property. \nThe variance application with photos/graphics can be found at this link. \nTactical Urbanism Project @ GT \nThis Georgia Tech registered student organization will be presenting plans for a curb extension and potential parklet project at the intersection of McMillan St NW and Hemphill Ave NW\, as seen below.
