Who can join
The association’s rules limit membership to residents, property owners, or business owners in the Home Park neighborhood. This site features a map of the neighborhood.

How
There are 3 ways you can join HPCIA:
1) You can mail a check to the address below:

3) Come to a Community Meeting and pay in person.

How long
The membership term is from January 1 to December 31. There is an informal policy to extend membership into the following year for those that pay late in the year.

Why
Although participation in the organization and most of the resources provided by Home Park Community Improvement Association (HPCIA) are open to all, membership is the only way you can vote on issues critical to our neighborhood. Membership shows your support for all the volunteers of the association. Funds from membership dues and generous donations are used to pay the expenses of HPCIA, which have included design services for master plans, and expenses related to this web site, for example. HPCIA has also contributed toward the purchases of a patrol motorcycle for the Atlanta Police Department (APD), and a patrol vehicle (Dodge Charger) used by APD and the GTPD (Georgia Tech Police Department.) There are a number of initiatives in the works that depend on the generous support, both time and monetary, of neighbors like you. HPCIA organizes events like picnics in the park, Halloween at Relapse Comedy Theater, and periodic neighborhood cleanups.
